  Today I called the Dinan office inquiring about Stage 3 SW for my E46 M3 Competition Coupe. Phone system answered with Auto Attendant, selected Sales support, and call was routed to Tech Support. Nice guy transfers me to “Sales”, get voicemail, I dial 0 for the operator and the call is disconnected. Called back - asked the operator to please transfer me to a person that can answer my questions and take my order, not to another voicemail box. Well she could give a rat’s ass, ended up in same voicemail box. I’ll spend my 4k somewhere else; have been warned that Dinan is pretty much useless. I’ll make sure to throw mud all over them when out at the track.
  
  Brian Applegate, first ditch that useless Avaya phone system! There is a reason they are in Bankruptcy. Second, some of your customers like to talk to a live body when spending money. Lastly, move your company out of the Liberal, Sanctuary City worthless Tax Man state of California “Burn Baby Burn”. There was a reason why Toyota moved there American headquarters to TEXAS!
