  Unbelievable. I had been going to Kings Cleaners for many years. When I first started going, I noticed they were not returning all my clothes but was so busy, I didn't have the energy to audit my receipts against the clothes returned back. Finally, I did that, and noticed that they lost a sweater and a shirt. They apologized and offered me a store credit. After that, things were fine.
  
  Until recently. I had a sheer blouse cleaned and they shredded the fabric. I had had the blouse cleaned before and nothing had happened wrong, so this was a surprise. I took it back and they said it was my fault and that it must be the underarm deodorant I was using that causes the fabric to tear. They offered me nothing as compensation. That was a ridiculous lie they tried to pawn off to me. If it were my deodorant, why wouldn't the shirt have been impacted until now, and why were no other shirts impacted? After that incident, that lie they told me, I have stopped going there and have gone to Rainbow Cleaners. I urge you to do the same
