  I tried using the mobile app to order ahead of time. I ordered a Big Mac and 2 chicken strips. When I arrived, a girl came out to tell me they were out of chicken strips!? Long story short, they couldn't refund the money to my account and I had to come back the next day to get my chicken strips.
  Not the best first attempt as using the mobile order ahead feature.
